A fundraiser for Entres Amigas, a nonprofit organization that directly supports equipping and training in rural women producers of Colombia.
A ticketed coffee cupping will be at 4:30pm with a limited edition coffee batch for this event.

There’s many moments in one’s life that they admittedly or not feel lost
I’ve experienced these moments more often than not, being a Nigerian American going up in Alabama. The 1971 poem “Lost” by David Wagnor goes: “Stand still, The trees ahead and the bushes beside you are not lost, Whereever you are is called here, and you must treat it as a powerful stranger...If what a tree or a bush does is lost on you, You are surely lost.”
This poem embodies the feeling of my residency at Studio By The Tracks.
Studio By The Tracks Is Nature
The refurbished building is rich soil and everybody who enters is a seed.
The artists are the sun and their smiles as they work are the rays
The paint splattered tables are the bushes and the art made on them are the flowers
The staff are the tall, sturdy trees and the volunteers are the branches.
The trains passing by are the thunder claps and the community’s love and support is the rain shower
Nothing about Studio By The Tracks is lost on me.
So in summer ’25 when I found myself there,
I truly felt as if I were never lost.

We seriously couldn’t have made it through this first year without the people who fill this space every day — so we’re throwing a proper celebration.
We’ll have a food truck out front, live sets from OKMO, GaryRandyNuman, and Brothers from Rio, and a Latte Art Throwdown with cash prizes (baristas… you already know 👀). Special judges include Jimmy Truong from June Coffee, Tim Cornelius from PunchLove Coffee, and Jeff Huey from Seeds Coffee. MC’d by Craig Stilley.
Expect good music, great drinks, a little friendly competition, and the kind of energy that’s carried us through year one.

House Eleven is proud to welcome Kajun Soulful Kreations for a deeply flavorful food pop-up on December 7, 2025. Led by Chef Lashonn, this special soft opening invites you to experience a menu shaped by a life lived across the country. Born in Flint, Michigan, and raised throughout Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia, Chef Lashonn draws on the culinary traditions of every place she’s called home. The result: bold, soulful dishes layered with Southern roots, Cajun flair, and a passion for vibrant, regional flavors.
This one-day tasting features a rich selection of handcrafted comfort foods—from decadent gator gumbo to turmeric-infused pasta and a vibrant veggie bayou soup. Each dish reflects Chef Lashonn’s belief in food as both heritage and heart.

When @miriamcalleja invited us to reimagine the intimate 16th-century salons of France and Italy, we knew instantly that the idea belonged at House Eleven.
