Born in Flint, Michigan, and raised throughout Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia, Chef Lashonn draws on the culinary traditions of every place she’s called home. The result: bold, soulful dishes layered with Southern roots, Cajun flair, and a passion for vibrant, regional flavors.

This one-day tasting features a rich selection of handcrafted comfort foods—from decadent gator gumbo to turmeric-infused pasta and a vibrant veggie bayou soup. Each dish reflects Chef Lashonn’s belief in food as both heritage and heart.
